Personal Training – Fitness plans are tailored to YOU and include one 2 one or partnered training sessions. 
Nutrition – We will spend time looking at your nutrition goals and come up with a plan, one that you can maintain for life. 
Goal setting – We will look at what you want to achieve and create a plan. 
Mindset coaching – We will have a deeper look at your goals and work on the things which are sabotaging your progress. This will include monthly PSYCH-K® sessions, where we will work on changing sub-conscious beliefs which are holding you back from achieving these goals. Personal Training (in person or online) 

This includes a free consultation where we will spend time looking at your goals, current habits and nutrition. Your body Statistics will be recorded (measurements, weight etc) and will complete a screening questionnaire. Generally, I train clients in the comfort of their own home but can utilise other means if needed.

Insanity is a total body workout known for its intensity and results. The program is based on a fitness method called max interval training. The workouts will help you develop core, legs, bum, help toning and weight loss. It consists of only bodyweight exercises in a HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) format and for those who are beginners there are modified versions for each exercise.

Laughter Yoga 

Laughter yoga (Hasyayoga) is a practice involving prolonged voluntary laughter. Laughter yoga is based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides the same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter. Laughter yoga is done in groups, with eye contact, jokes and playfulness between participants. Forced laughter soon turns into real and contagious laughter. 
Laughing in my eyes is one of the best things you can do for your wellbeing. It helps lower blood pressure, reduces stress, triggers the release of endorphins, boosts T-cells and works your core.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. 
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation, feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
