There is no magic pill or superhero power which can instantly turn us into that person we have always wanted to become. It takes time and effort to find the courage to start changing ourselves and here at Lifetime Fitness we understand that. That’s why we work with our clients and help them create lasting emotional goals they can succeed, whether it’s helping to improve their fitness, creating a bulletproof mindset or helping then to relax and enjoy life more. 

Hello, my name is James Ainsworth 

I am the Owner of Lifetime Fitness for Mind, Body & Spirit, which was established in 2018 with the goal to help a 1,000,000 or more people Physically, Emotionally, Mentally and Spiritually. I was born and still live in a place called Eccleshall in the UK. 
 
Like many people for years I didn’t know what I wanted to do in life. During this time, I finished school went to university where I got a degree in chemistry. After university I went back home where I spent many years working on my dad’s farm, which never really satisfied me. In 2011 I joined the fire service as a firefighter, which was great fun and challenging especially not knowing what was next whether it could be a house fire, car crash, water or animal rescue or a hazmat incident. Even this didn’t really 100% satisfy me.  
 
One of my passions was keeping fit and eating healthy and in 2012 I completed personal training and nutrition course. I helped many people lose and maintain their weight, while eating a long term healthy balanced diet. 
2015 was a big year for me and I met someone which completely changed my life forever. The relationship wasn’t to last and it was short but intense, what was to come next was nothing but a miracle. After the relationship I went through anxiety and depression like most people but from the ashes came a new beginning for me. Little do people know that our hardest challenges, are usually our biggest saviors and our best opportunities to learn. 
 
In 2016 after searching for 30 years I had finally found my purpose, which was to help people. I didn’t know how yet, but I knew I was going in the right direction. Everything changed, and the start of my spiritual path had begun. 
 
Over the next few years I became a Reiki practitioner, joined Toastmasters and became a public speaker (one of my greatest fears) and advanced PSYCH-K® facilitator. I spent many years practicing mindfulness, learning mediumship in a class environment and worked on my psychic development with the goal of improving myself so I could help others. 
 
Ask yourself: Do you know what your main goal in life is? What your purpose is? Perhaps there is something holding you back, but you are not sure what it is? What areas of your life could you improve? Do you spend time laughing and enjoying life? 
 
In January 2018 Lifetime Fitness for Mind, Body & Spirit was created with the intention of helping 1,000,000 or more people physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually. This combined everything I had learnt throughout life and incorporated a lot of the things I had learnt over the past 2 years. This included personal training, nutrition, PSYCH-K® and reiki. 
 
In July 2018 the company ran its first ever wellbeing retreat with great success, which included daily fitness sessions, meditations and several talks on emotional awareness, fitness & nutrition, mindset. As well as that there was a guest speaker who did a fabulous talk on balancing the different parts of ourselves. The purpose of the retreat is to educate and guide people to start to achieve balance in their life in a friendly environment. This gives people opportunities to change their lives whether it’s through fitness, nutrition, mindset, emotionally or all of these. 
 
James well being retreat was my first experience of meditation and holistic treatment. I found the balance between high intensity exercise and structured workshops exploring your emotions has left me feeling relaxed but also informed about my impact other people.
